Grand Master Harris is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Success International Motivational Institute, a company dedicated to the advancement of human potential. He is a guest lecturer on high performance behavior and self-development. Grand Master Harris is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of "SIMAA", Success International Martial Art Association which is the new and progressive world association that allows any martial artist to retain their own identity, individual style, and system and still receive rank, recognition, and continued training under SIMAA.

Grand Master Ronald Harris is the president and Master instructor of Success Martial Art. He holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do and he is also a member of the world Martial Arts Association. Master Harris is an Internationally Certified Instructor who has amassed over 30 years of experience in Martial Arts training.

Grand Master Harris is a former police officer and a fireman for the City of Durham (NC), Duke University, and the Durham Fire Department. He has spent over 12 years working in the Police and Fire Departments.

He has competed in numerous Martial Art tournaments throughout the southeast, and has won on the local, state, and national levels. He has trained people from about every walk of life, including Police officers, security forces, day camps, women's self defense classes, schools, colleges, and business executives. He also trained the former five time Kickboxing Champion of the world.
